Delivery Policy

This policy explains how Acorey LLC delivers its fixed-scope administrative and educational services.

Delivery method

Deliverables are sent to the email address associated with the approved request and payment. Depending on the service, delivery may include PDF, spreadsheet, DOCX, or other files named in the service description. Acorey retains traceable delivery evidence.

Delivery timeframe

Each service publishes its target business-day timeframe. The timeframe begins after the request is complete, fits the published scope, payment is confirmed when required, and Acorey has received the non-sensitive information needed to perform the work.

Customer delays

If required information is missing or clarification is needed, the delivery period pauses until the customer responds. Acorey will not ask for passwords, bank-login credentials, complete card numbers, Social Security numbers, or unrelated sensitive information.

Delivery problems

If a deliverable has not arrived by the confirmed deadline, check spam or quarantine folders and email info@acoreyfinance.net with the request reference. Acorey will verify the delivery record and resend when appropriate.

Corrections and scope

One clarification or correction related to the agreed scope is included when requested within five business days after delivery unless the service states otherwise. New analysis, additional records, or a different outcome is new scope.
