This Privacy Policy explains how Acorey LLC collects, uses, and protects information when you visit the website or submit a service request.

1. Information you provide

A request may include your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, selected service, and the business context you choose to provide. If an engagement proceeds, we may also receive customer-supplied documents that are necessary for the agreed scope and records of communications, delivery, corrections, cancellations, refunds, or disputes.

3. Website form and email

The request form prepares an email in your device’s email application and does not transmit its contents to an Acorey database. When you use secure checkout, Acorey records the customer and order information needed to fulfill the service, while payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. Your email and payment providers process information according to their own privacy practices.

4. Cookies and analytics

The current website does not use advertising trackers or behavioral profiling. Basic hosting providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps, and security logs to operate and protect the service.

5. Service providers

We use hosting, database, email, document-storage, and payment providers—including Vercel, Supabase, and Stripe—to perform services on our behalf. They receive information only as reasonably necessary for their function and process it under their own terms and applicable agreements.

6. Retention

We retain request and fulfillment records only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, support customers, address refunds or disputes, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by record type.

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers, when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a legitimate business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information handled. No internet or email transmission is completely secure, so submit only information necessary for the selected service.

9. Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your request, subject to legal and legitimate recordkeeping requirements. You may also choose not to provide optional information, although that may limit our ability to perform a service.

10. Children

The website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13.
