Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Acorey LLC website and any fixed-scope service you request from Acorey LLC (“Acorey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the website.

1. Fixed-scope services

Each public service states its price, intended scope, deliverable, exclusions, and target turnaround. A request qualifies only when it fits the published scope and contains enough non-sensitive information for Acorey to perform the work. We may decline or ask you to revise a request that is incomplete, outside scope, unlawful, deceptive, or seeks an excluded service.

2. Requests and confirmation

Submitting the website form or sending an email begins an inquiry; it does not by itself create a paid engagement. Acorey will review the selected service and may confirm the scope, timeline, information requirements, and request reference before work begins. Request intake may be available 24/7, but turnaround is measured in business days after a complete qualifying request is confirmed.

3. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, using the deliverable lawfully, and making your own business decisions. Do not send passwords, bank-login credentials, complete payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, tax IDs, or unrelated personal financial information. You must have the right to share any document you provide.

4. Deliverables and support

Acorey will provide the written artifact described in the selected service. Unless a service states otherwise, one clarification or correction related to the agreed scope is included when requested within five business days after delivery. A request for new analysis, additional documents, or a different outcome is new scope and requires separate written agreement.

5. Payments

Approved work may be paid through Acorey’s secure checkout. The amount and terms are displayed before payment, and payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. Acorey does not store complete card numbers. Every payment must correspond to a genuine customer request for a disclosed service. Acorey does not accept self-payments, fabricated orders, coordinated purchases, or transactions intended to manufacture activity or payment history.

6. Cancellations and refunds

The Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, and Delivery Policy form part of these Terms. In general, a paid order may be canceled for a full refund before work begins. Once work begins, completed work is non-refundable; undelivered work and material differences from the agreed scope are reviewed under those policies.

7. No professional or fiduciary relationship

Acorey is not acting as your accountant, attorney, tax preparer, investment adviser, broker, lender, credit counselor, fiduciary, or financial institution. Educational explanations, templates, labels, checklists, and organization systems are not professional advice and should not replace appropriately licensed professionals.

8. No guarantee of outcomes

Acorey does not guarantee revenue, savings, financing, credit improvement, regulatory compliance, tax results, investment performance, payment-processor approval, bank approval, or any particular business outcome.

9. Intellectual property

After payment and delivery, you may use your customized deliverable internally for your business. Acorey retains ownership of its general methods, reusable structures, brand materials, and pre-existing templates. You may not resell or misrepresent Acorey materials as professional accounting, legal, tax, or investment advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acorey is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or a deliverable. Acorey’s aggregate liability for a specific paid service will not exceed the amount paid for that service. Some jurisdictions may not allow every limitation, so applicable law controls.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. The version displayed when a request is submitted applies to that request unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
